【数据解读】2023年1-2月全区主要经济指标简析

一、2023年1-2月主要经济指标完成情况

1. 工业：规上工业增加值增长8.4%；

2.投资：固定资产投资增长7.5%。

3.商贸：限上商贸单位零售额下降4.2%。

4.服务业：全区规模以上服务业营业收入增长27.1%。

    二、下一步工作建议

1.加强新增工业企业入统工作。要全力推进项目开工，实时监测项目建设进展情况，加强对申报材料的审核工作，争取做到早入库早有数。充分利用税务、市场监管、招商项目等信息，深入摸排潜在线索，对已经达规的企业做好指导收集资料工作，及时申报；对即将达规的企业加强帮扶指导，力争早日达标。

2.狠抓投资项目入库。规建部门要对我区重点房地产企业加强调研，了解企业销售现状及未来销售前景；投促、发改、经信等部门要对基建及技改新开工项目线索积极摸排，督促项目加快施工进度。

3.提前谋划“五经普”工作。早启动、早谋划、做足做细前期准备，全面加强组织领导，充分发挥各部门职能优势，主动作为，提高相关部门在普查小区划分、单位清查、数据采集、数据处理等全过程的参与度。各街道、各相关部门要确保落实人员、经费、物质等保障，加强协调沟通，强化数据共享，确保高质量完成普查工作。
